I can help you cut through the overwhelm of all the health and nutrition (mis)information out there. I offer science-based nutrition consulting and health coaching. No restrictive diets, no hype, nothing that will make your friends look at you sideways. I emphasize incorporating more nourishing foods into your daily routine without cutting out any of the food experiences that bring you joy.
My custom nutrition consulting provides tailored advice and coaching based on how you currently eat and live your life. Together we identify targets for changes that deliver high ROIs in line with your unique health goals. My health coaching expands beyond nutrition and also addresses all the other things that nourish our lives – movement, sleep, careers, relationships, etc. Plus, you get extra support for goal setting, establishing systems to reach your goals, and adjusting your mindset about food and health. In whatever program you choose, you will receive resources to support you between sessions and beyond the program.
