Fruit is my favorite carb

What is so great about fiber?
Fiber is in almost all plant-based whole foods. Think of your favorite fruit or vegetable. It’s probably a good source of fiber. Yet, most people don’t get enough fiber. In this post, I’ll explain why fiber is important and help you identify where you can get more fiber in foods you already enjoy.
